Lexus is hinting at a new drop-top model with its latest concept, the LF-C2, at the 2014 LA Auto Show.
Essentially, this concept is a Lexus RC without any sort of a roof. That’s right, it is a full roadster, although a production version of this car will surely feature a proper closing convertible top.

No powertrain details were divulged, but it is likely that this convertible will share its engines with the RC lineup, meaning either a 3.5-liter V6 or 5.0-liter V8 will provide propulsion. This concept is a pretty clear hint that Lexus will offer a convertible version of the RC Coupe.
