Has Honda finally turned the corner with the new 2016 Honda Civic Coupe?

Bowing at the 2015 L.A. Auto Show, there’s a lot to love about the new 2016 Honda Civic Coupe. Boasting a sloped roofline and new proportions, the Coupe features a 2.9-inch longer wheelbase than the sedan and a 1.9-inch wider body, making it more aggressive and stylish to sports car enthusiasts.

Just like the new Civic Sedan, the two-door model can be had with either a 2.0-liter naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engine with 158 horsepower and 138 pound-feet of torque or a 1.5-liter turbocharged mill with 174 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque.

Honda still has a few more Civic variants under development including the hatchback, Si and Type R models. Learn more about the new Honda Civic Coupe by checking out our first look video below.
