Imagine you were one of the most popular kids in school. Then your ugly cousin comes to town, mooching off your success and using your good name for his own advantage. Now you know what it feels like to be the Honda Accord.
Well, the Accord isn’t putting up with it any more and for 2012 the bubble-butt Crosstour will carry on (mostly unchanged) but without the Accord badge.
Changes for 2012 are minimal with EX models adding auto on/off headlights, a backup camera, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and USB audio interface as standard. Two new colors are also available with Twilight Blue Metallic replacing Glacier Blue Metallic and Basque Red Pearl in place of Tango Red Pearl.
A 271-hp V6 engine continues to be the only engine available, despite rumors of a 4-cylinder model. Pricing starts at $30,340 not including an $810 destination fee.
