The self-proclaimed “Lemon Law King” has filed the first lemon law suit against Tesla.

Vince Megna has filed a lawsuit against Tesla Motors on behalf of a Tesla Model S owners that claimes to have bought a defective car. According to Megna, his client’s Model S has spent over 30 days in the shop since it was purchased in March 2013 and issues to the electric sedan include: failure to start, power up and charge, inoperable door handles, malfunctioning defrost and paint defects.

Megna has posted a video showcasing the lemon law suit in a sarcastic fashion, poking fun at Tesla and how it allegedly hasn’t responded to his clients or fixed his vehicle. It even has George Clooney in it… sort of.
