Porsche is working to satisfy demand in the U.S. for its new Macan crossover.
Since the Macan went on sale in the U.S. last May, wait times have been six months or more for U.S. buyers and the German automaker is now working on allocating more units for U.S. dealers this year. The news comes from Joe Lawrence, COO of Porsche Cars North America, confirming that the company is working to alleviate the issues for customers that are waiting too long for their cars. The Macan will play a pivotal role in satisfying Porsche’s goal of selling 50,000 vehicles annually in the U.S.
