The latest BMW Alpina model is not something to take lightly.

The 2016 BMW Alpina B6 xDrive Gran Coupe will feature a 4.4-liter Bi-Turbo V8 engine packing 600 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque which is 60 hp more than the 2015 model. Combined with the BMW xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive system, the B6 is able to accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 3.6 seconds and is the fastest-accelerating BMW Alpina model ever developed. It will also come with an electronically-limited top speed of 200 MPH.

The powerplant is mated to an Alpina Switch-Tronic eight-speed sport automatic transmission and offers three driving modes: Automatic, Sport and Manual. Come standard on the Alpina model are 20-inch wheels paired to Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires while the exterior is enhanced with an aero kit.

Pricing on the 2016 Alpina B6 xDrive Gran Coupe was not announced, but the German automaker did reveal that it will be available for order starting March 2015 and deliveries will begin in the US starting June.
