We may never see Tony Stewart behind the wheel of a sprint car ever again.
In an interview on SiriusXM’s NASCAR radio, the three-time NASCAR champion admitted he isn’t planning “to be in a sprint car for a while, if ever again.” Instead, Stewart will talk the helm as owner of the All-Star Circuit of Champions sprint car series and is excited about the new opportunity to give back to the sport.

Last year, Stewart was involved in the fatal accident of Kevin Ward Jr. but was cleared of any wrongdoing in Ward Jr.’s death.
