Pricing for the 2016 Subaru Forester has been announced.
The Japanese automaker’s best-selling model saw its fourth generation introduced last year, so no major changes are heading to the crossover for the 2016 model year. The biggest update is the addition of the new Subaru Starlink Safety and Security features, which will be available on the Premium, Limited and Touring trims. The base-model 2016 Subaru Forester 2.5i with a manual transmission will be priced from $23,245 including destination while a CVT will be available for $1,000 additional.
Stepping up to the 2016 Subaru Forester Premium will cost $26,145 while the CVT will only be $500 more on that model. Pricing on the Forester Limited CVT will start from $29,645 while the Forester Touring CVT will be $31,645.

The standard 2.5-liter engine provides 170 hp and returns 24 mpg city and 32 mpg highway when equipped with a CVT.
