A new Jaguar F-Pace video that shows the crossover’s recent run as a Tour de France support vehicle has been released.
In support of Team Sky and rider Chris Froome, the F-Pace carried a doctor, bike mechanic and two team directors. Along with the crew, the F-Pace was loaded with necessary drinks, parts, tools and clothing that Froome might need during the race.
Jaguar says the F-Pace is a “practical sports car,” and boasts that it has the most rear hatch storage in its class. Under the hood, a turbocharged four cylinder and a supercharged V6 are expected, along with an optional manual transmission to make sure the F-Pace lives up to the “sports car” title.
The F-Pace will go on sale in 2016. Come back in September for all the details on the new crossover when it debuts at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
