rimac concept two teaser

Rimac is promising to introduce the next generation of hypercar performance at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show.

The Rimac Concept Two will be unveiled on March 6 in Geneva, a hypercar that the Croatian automaker says is quite literally alive with technology. To prove its point, it has released a short teaser video of the new hypercar, showing off a rear spoiler that’s deploying at speed, possibly doubling as an air brake. The video also gives us our best look at the front end of the Concept Two, which looks like an evolution of the Concept One’s design. The headlights are slightly slimmer, there’s a larger front splitter, and air vents on the hood, giving it an overall more aggressive style.

It’s unclear what will power the Concept Two, but the Rimac Concept One is quite the machine sporting an all-electric powertrain that generates 1,224 horsepower, allowing a zero-to-62 mph time of just 2.5 seconds. Of course, if you watch The Grand Tour, you’ll know the Rimac Concept One is the same car Richard Hammond crashed early in the second season. We’re all quite interested to see if Rimac lets Hammond go for a spin in the Concept Two once it’s ready to hit the streets.
