2007 ferrari f430 challenge bruno senna rm sothebys

A 2007 Ferrari F430 Challenge once driven by Bruno Senna is crossing the auction block.

Offered at RM Sotheby’s Monaco 2018 auction, the race car is understood to be the only Ferrari ever raced by a member of the Senna family. Bruno managed to drive it to two wins in the Ferrari Challenge at Silverstone in June 2007 and it is being presented wearing the original Senna livery. Following that event, the car was never professionally raced again, and was sold shortly after to the consignor. Since its original sale, it has only been used for occasional track days.

The F430 Challenge has been maintained by Silverstone-based marque specialists FF Corse and has been upgraded to “GT Cup” specification. That includes the addition of a new front splitter and rear wing, but all the original components will be offered with the car, in the case the new owner wants to return it to its original specification.

Along with the car itself, the winning bidder will also receive two additional sets of wheels, steel brake disc assemblies and corresponding pads, air jack safety stands, a spare livery set, original Ferrari car cover, and a comprehensive history file.

The RM Sotheby’s Monaco 2018 auction will take place on May 12, 2018.
